DCP is an involved process and it requires some technical input from the filmmaker, here are a few things to bear in mind when you're considering getting one done with ADI:

It’s crucial to have the highest resolution version of your film possible, acceptable file types include: ProRes, DNxHD, Uncompressed or DPX / Cineon / TIFF sequences. Professional color correction is highly recommended. HD Tape formats such as HDCam can be used as well with an extra possible cost.

Like 35 mm film, DCP typically works at 24 fps. If possible it’s always best to work at 24 fps when creating a DCP. Other frame rates such as 50 or 60 fps might work but it is not guaranteed. Films edited at 23.98 should be conformed to 24 before output.

Audio should be synced and mixed to your video. Files can be included in the video file or as separate WAV/AIFF files. Be sure to have the channel mappings clearly labeled; both 2.0 and 5.1 audio mixes are acceptable,
